To help educate people over menstrual periods and hygiene products, I developed a concept for a game called Shark Week.
The game starts in a simple office environment, where you have to memorize and carry out some sequences, like going to Excel and changing a field in a certain row to a specific value. The player then gets interrupted by cramps (screenshake, screen blur), and blood leaks (screen fading to red), and frequently needs to use the bathroom to exchange the menstrual hygiene products and take pain killers.
In the bathroom there is a series of mini-games about unwrapping pads, inserting and removing menstrual cups, and wiping away blood stains. The faster you are, the more work you can get done. A higher salary allows you to upgrade your purse and store more and better hygiene products and pain meds.
